Mounted Aircraft Maintenance Docking Systems
MASI's Ground Mounted Aircraft Maintenance Docking Systems are designed
with total flexibility in mind. It can either as Fully Mobile or
Track Mounted with Fixed Sections or with a combination of all to
enable our customers to configure and tailor the system to specific
requirements of their own hangar. Cost effective maintenance and
repair require docking systems to access key aircraft locations
quickly and accurately there by enabling rapid turn around times
and high aircraft utilization.

Fuselage Dock
Rail mounted, Forward and Aft Fuselage Docks facilitate precise
positioning with complete movement through electric motors equipped
with aircraft protection proximity switches. Multi level working
platforms provide fast and easy access to all fuselage section
with simultaneous operation of cargo and baggage doors. |

Nose Dock
Nose Dock is designed for differing client access requirements.
Our specialized staging proves to be not only safe, cost effective
and economical but also gives our clients the ability to easily
modify the staging, quickly and inexpensively. The nose does
can accommodate both jacked and un-jacked aircraft. |

Wing Dock
MASI Wing Dock permits easy operation, testing and removal of
flight control surfaces, deployment and removal of aircraft
jacks, use of mobile engine staging with sliding platform for
cowl and pylon inspection as well as convenient passage of engine
dollies during removal. The system also allows fast, easy access
to vital under wing areas and gives maintenance personnel convenient
operational flexibility in checking and servicing the wings.

Tail Dock
With partial or full mezzanine floor support, Tail Dock provides
instant access to the vital tail section of the aircraft multilevel
fin dock facility, rudder activation and removal are easily
accessible through powered movement of fin dock halves or special
sliding platform. Horizontal Stabilizer Platforms re-equipped
with elevation systems are also available for easy aircraft
docking. |
